QA/QC Introduction

Effective control of product inspection and testing is one of the effective ways to guarantee the quality of products. By virtue of high quality personnel and advanced equipments, we are doing more and more perfect in this aspect.

We have more than 50 professional inspection personnel. 18 of them are college graduated, 23 of them are the one who has engaged in testing and inspection for more than 7 years. They have rich experience in testing and inspection. And all the personnel must be trained every period.

Most of the testing equipments are imported and they have good performance (as listed).
We control the products quality via the following ways as per ISO9002:
1) Raw material testing: According to "Raw Material Purchased Specification", all the raw material should be tested before accepted; the unqualified materials would be rejected.
2) Semi-finished product testing: According to "Testing Rules", the semi-finished products during manufacturing would be tested and inspected; the faulty products would be repaired or rejected.
3) Testing of finished products: All the finished products should be tested and inspected according to customers' requirements, all the products must qualified before they out of our company.
